MANUFACTURING 

In the process of transforming the designs through to the finished product, casting of metal blank is the first step. We have continuously improved this process, which allows high-grade brass to be transformed into almost any imaginable shape. To meet the expectations of our customers we have ensured that we remain at the top end of engineering and reliability in our casting process. 

The machine on the castings is carried out on fully automatic and semi-automatic precision machines. The automatic traub machines are used for internal working parts. It confirms complete consistency in the components and internal fittings.Our modern single roof manufacturing facility includes automatic polishing machines to ensure extra smooth finishes on metal surfaces, ultramodern electroplating plant ensures durable and shining Chrome plating.

QUALITY  

All bathroom fittings are as easy as possible for the plumber. Silicon-ceramic valves with polished sealing discs are used in most of our fittings. The single lever mixers are provided with international ceramic cartridge, well designed and tested for smooth working. Ergonomic designs, easy adjustment of water flow, good water guidance and foam aerators, all make it easier to use water economically. Every faucet is assembled by hand by specially trained, expert staff and subjected to comprehensive inspection and functional checks. 

All our faucets are vigorously tested on operating pressure of 150 psi and for static pressure of 300psi. All our internal cartridges are type tested for minimum specified cycles. All our surface finishes are regularly subjected to destructive tests to maintain specified standards of life expectancy.
